Esta foto fue tomada hoy. Cuando tuve a mis gemelos me hicieron cesaria asi que mi panza quedo colgando mucho. 1. Ya estaba gorda. 2. Engorde mas. 3. No me puse faja despues de que nacieron. 4. Como mucho. 5. No hago ejercicios. En esta foto mi panza esta colgando, PERO hace tres semanas estaba mas grande. Lo que eh echo es que me pongo un gel que se llama "Thermo Gel" me lo pongo en las manananas y en las noches. Lo que este gel hace es elimina los toxinas que estan en los espacios intersticiales donde toxinas y grasas se acumulan. Un espcacio intersticial es un espacio vacio o avertura entre las celulas. Este gel limpia, detoxifica, y aprieta la piel. Yo solo me pongo el gel como crema, pero tuviera mejor resultados si me lo pusiera con una venda corporal y plastico alrededor y una toalla calentita, o con plastico, o con una faja. Porque compresaria la panza mientras el gel hiciera su trabajo. Cuando te untas el gel sientes una sensacion como que te quemas pero solo dura unos cuantos minutos. Miestras tanto tu piel se pone roja tambien mientas el gel hace su trabajo. Este gel te sirve mas tambien si te lo pones mientras hace ejercicio o estas haciendo los que haceres del hogar.
This picture was taken today. When I had my twins I had a c-section so my stomach was left hanging a lot. 1. I was already fat. 2. I gained more weight. 3. I did not use a girdle after my twins were born. 4. I eat too much. 5. I dont exercise. In this picture my stomach is hanging, BUT three weeks ago it was bigger. What I have done is that I apply a gel called "Thermo Gel" I put it in the mornings and at night. What this gel does it eliminates toxins that are in our interstitial spaces where toxins and gat accumulate. An interstitial space is an empty space o gap between the cells. This gel cleans, detoxifies, and tightens skin. I only wear this gel as a lotion, but I would have better results if I wore a body bandage and cling wrap and a hot towel, or with cling wrap, or with a girdle. Because it would compress the stomach while the gel does its work. When you apply the gel you feel a sensation like you are burning, but it only lasts a few minutes. While the gel is doing its work your skin turns red as well. This gel works excellent if you apply it while you exercise or while you are doing house chores.
