This picture was taken today. When I had my twins I had a c-section so my stomach was left hanging a lot. 1. I was already fat. 2. I gained more weight. 3. What I have done is that I apply a gel called "Thermo Gel" I put it in the mornings and at night. What this gel does it eliminates toxins that are in our interstitial spaces where toxins and gat accumulate. An interstitial space is an empty space o gap between the cells. This gel cleans, detoxifies, and tightens skin. I only wear this gel as a lotion, but I would have better results if I wore a body bandage and cling wrap and a hot towel, or with cling wrap, or with a girdle.
